1. Introduction BC and Athletics Fitness Gym is committed to providing a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all members and guests. This document outlines the policies and procedures that govern the operation of our gym.
2. Membership Policies
2.1 Membership Types - Individual Membership: Access for one individual.
- Family Membership: Family includes up to 4 people living in the house hold with the same address. For a family discount, please email us at bc.athletics915@gmail.com
-Add a friend: Platinum members may add one friend to your plan and they will only need our Gold membership. That friend can come with you when you access the gym 24/7. Limited to one friend.
2.2 Membership Cancellation and Refunds - Members may cancel their membership with a written notice of 30 days.
- Refunds will be processed for any unused months in the case of cancellation within the first year of membership.
3. Code of Conduct
- Members must treat all staff and other members with respect.
- Aggressive behavior, harassment, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.
- Use of foul language, loud music, or disruptive behavior is prohibited.
4. Facility Use
-4.1 Hours of Operation - The gym will be open from 3:00 pm to 9:00PM daily.
- Holiday hours may vary; members will be notified in advance.
4.2 Equipment Use
- Members must wipe down equipment after use.
- Equipment should be used as intended; misuse may result in membership suspension.
- Members must return weights and accessories to designated areas.
4.3 Personal Training and Classes
- All personal trainers must be certified and approved by gym management.
- Members must sign up for classes in advance to ensure adequate space and staffing.
4.4 Use of Gym for Athletes
-All athletes must be accompanied by the trainer that they have booked an appointment with during business hours. After hour clients must agree this policy when signing off on their policy and procedure agreement.
5. Safety and Emergency Procedures
-5.1 Emergency Contacts
- In case of emergency, contact [Jay @505-409-8550] immediately and notify gym staff.
- First aid kits are available at the front desk.
5.2 Injury Reporting
- Any injuries sustained on the premises must be reported to staff immediately.
- An accident report form must be filled out by the injured party and a witness.
6. Health and Hygiene
6.1 Cleanliness Standards
- All members are expected to keep personal belongings in designated areas.
- The gym will be cleaned regularly, and members are encouraged to report any cleanliness issues.
6.2 Personal Hygiene
- Members must wear appropriate workout attire and footwear.
- Personal grooming should be maintained, including regular bathing and deodorant use.
7. Disciplinary Actions
- Violations of the code of conduct or any gym policies may result in disciplinary action, including warnings, suspension, or termination of membership.
- Members will be informed of any disciplinary actions in writing.
- Pertaining to the platinum membership, if a player enters the building with other non members and they proceed to use the facility to their advantage, we reserve the right to charge the card on file for every non member that came in the building. The charge is $45 per non member that attended.
8. Review and Amendments
- This policy document will be reviewed annually and may be amended as necessary. - Members will be notified of any changes through email or posted notices in the gym.
